“This discharge of condition application seeks to re-discharge condition 10, with the ‘developable area, subject to EA and LLFA approval’ altered to show this area as residential development.

On this basis, we hope that once the EA have raised no objection to the removal of the Flood Zone 2 and 3 area, that the Case Officer can discharge Condition 10 of permission ref. P14/V2873/O, in relation to Parcel 1. ”

This application seeks to revise the currently approved Framework Plan covering Taylor Wimpey’s first housing parcel, to reflect their current reserved matters application submission (application P22/V2744/RM). This proposal will only be acceptable should the Environment Agency decide parts of this site are no longer considered flood zones 2 and 3.
