Amended plans were received on 17 August 2023 and officers have considered consultee responses, reviewed the plans and provided feedback to the applicants on 17 October which needs to be addressed. This scheme is also subject to the flood issues mentioned above [P22/V2744/RM] and consideration of the application is now on hold awaiting the applicants’ response

Following the response from this council’s drainage engineer to amendments submitted in December, the applicants submitted revised drainage details which were added to the file on 30 January 2024 and reconsultation with the drainage engineer undertaken. A response is awaited.
